The Tapo RV20 Plus combines LiDAR navigation with a self-emptying dock: an accurate map, room-by-room cleaning and weeks without touching the bin. The most popular configuration for a three to four room flat or a family with a pet.
It is not for you if: you also want mopping — the RV20 Mop Plus; you want stronger suction — the RV30.

Every model is run from the Tapo app: it draws a map, lets you name rooms, set no-go zones and build a schedule. Cleaning can be started remotely from your phone. Voice assistants are supported too.
What to watch for locally
What matters in local conditions: with many carpets, suction power and carpet mode count; with high thresholds, check the height the robot can climb in the specifications; with a shedding pet, a brush that resists tangling and a larger bin decide it. Consumables — filters and brushes — are in stock.

How much space does the dock need?
It is taller than a plain dock — allow 40–50 cm of clear wall space.
Is it noisy?
The emptying burst is short and loud; the robot itself runs quietly in normal mode.
Does it remember the map?
Yes, the map is saved; rooms can be named and cleaned separately.
What about warranty and delivery?
