The Tapo RV20 Mop Plus adds a mopping module to LiDAR navigation and a self-emptying dock. On laminate, parquet and tiles it vacuums and wipes in one pass — practical for Baku dust on a daily basis.
It is not for you if: the home is mostly carpeted — mopping adds little, and the RV20 Plus makes more sense.

How the mopping works
A water tank and a cloth attach underneath, and the robot dampens the cloth as it cleans. To keep it off a carpet, mark the carpet as a no-go zone or use carpet mode. The cloth and tank are washed by hand.
App and control
Every model is run from the Tapo app: it draws a map, lets you name rooms, set no-go zones and build a schedule. Cleaning can be started remotely from your phone. Voice assistants are supported too.
What to watch for locally
What matters in local conditions: with many carpets, suction power and carpet mode count; with high thresholds, check the height the robot can climb in the specifications; with a shedding pet, a brush that resists tangling and a larger bin decide it. Consumables — filters and brushes — are in stock.
Frequently asked questions about the Tapo RV20 Mop Plus
How well does it clean the floor?
Excellent for daily dust and clean surfaces. Dried stains and grease still need hand washing.
How far does a tank go?
One fill covers an average flat; a larger area may need topping up once.
Does it work on soft carpet?
Vacuuming does; mopping on carpet is not recommended — exclude the carpet area in the app.
What about warranty and delivery?
The device is sold by the official TP-Link partner in Azerbaijan with official warranty. Delivery in Baku is available and shipping to the regions is possible. If you need installation, see our services page.
