What the omni station does
The station does three jobs: it empties the robot's bin, washes the mop cloth with water and dries it so no smell develops. That removes the most time-consuming part of daily upkeep — washing the cloth by hand.
App and control
Every model is run from the Tapo app: it draws a map, lets you name rooms, set no-go zones and build a schedule. Cleaning can be started remotely from your phone. Voice assistants are supported too.
What to watch for locally
What matters in local conditions: with many carpets, suction power and carpet mode count; with high thresholds, check the height the robot can climb in the specifications; with a shedding pet, a brush that resists tangling and a larger bin decide it. Consumables — filters and brushes — are in stock.

No, the station has its own clean and dirty water tanks, filled and emptied by hand.
