Cancelling an online order. You may withdraw from a purchase made on the website within 7 working days of receiving the product, without giving a reason and without penalty (Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Electronic Commerce"). The amount paid is refunded within 7 days.
Exchanging or returning a product of proper quality. A product of proper quality can be exchanged for a similar product within 14 days of purchase; if no suitable product is available, the amount paid is refunded (Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", Article 623 of the Civil Code). Conditions: the product has not been used, and its appearance, packaging, seals, labels and receipt (or order confirmation) are preserved.
Defective products. If a defect is found during the warranty period, you may, in accordance with the law, request free repair, replacement with the same or a similar product, or a refund. All TP-Link equipment comes with a warranty.
Exceptions. Activated software and licences, as well as products made or configured to the buyer's individual order, are not returnable when they are of proper quality, in accordance with the law.
