Who is the Tapo RV10 Plus for?

The Tapo RV10 Plus is the RV10 with a self-emptying dock: after cleaning the robot empties the dust into a bag in the base, so the bin does not need attention every day. Handy with a shedding pet or allergies in the house.

It is not for you if: you want an accurate map and room-by-room cleaning — the RV20 Plus (LiDAR plus self-emptying).

App and control

Every model is run from the Tapo app: it draws a map, lets you name rooms, set no-go zones and build a schedule. Cleaning can be started remotely from your phone. Voice assistants are supported too.

What matters in local conditions: with many carpets, suction power and carpet mode count; with high thresholds, check the height the robot can climb in the specifications; with a shedding pet, a brush that resists tangling and a larger bin decide it.
