TP-Link Deco BE25(2-pack) is a mesh system that covers a whole home with one Wi-Fi name. The units link to each other and form a single network, so the connection does not drop as you walk from room to room and you never switch networks by hand.

Frequently asked questions about TP-Link Deco BE25(2-pack)

How many TP-Link Deco BE25(2-pack) units do I need?

In practice one unit covers 80–100 m². A three-room flat usually needs 2 units; a two-storey house needs one per floor (3 units). Place them so each unit still receives the previous one strongly — two or three rooms behind a wall is already too far.

How is it different from an extender?

An extender creates a separate network name and roughly halves the speed, and your phone does not hand over from one point to the next by itself. In a mesh there is one network, the handover is automatic and seamless, and a separate channel carries traffic between the units. For video calls and mobile gaming the difference is obvious.

Does it work with the provider modem?

Yes. The main unit connects by cable to a LAN port on the modem and the modem is switched to bridge mode. If the provider modem has its own Wi-Fi, turn it off — two Wi-Fi networks interfere with each other.

What about warranty and delivery?
