Who is the Tapo C230 for?
The Tapo C230 is a 360° pan/tilt camera with a 2K QHD image: it combines full-room coverage with a sharper picture and colour night mode. One of the strongest Tapo indoor models — for a flat, an office, a shop or a warehouse.
It is not for you if: price matters most — the C200 gives the same movement for less.

Storage: card, NVR or cloud?
Footage can be kept in three places: a microSD card (cheapest, but lost with the camera), an NVR (for sites with several cameras) and Tapo Care cloud (recordings stored away from the camera, with smarter alerts). Contact us for cloud plans and activation.
Setup
Setup through the Tapo app takes about ten minutes: the camera joins Wi-Fi, then you choose the recording mode and alerts. For wall mounting and choosing the right spot, our camera installation service starts at 40 ₼.

How does it differ from the C200?
2K QHD instead of 1080p, plus colour night mode. Both pan, tilt and track.
Does it tell people from pets?
Yes, alerts are split between people, pets and vehicles, which cuts false alarms noticeably.
How long is footage kept?
That depends on the card size. For a longer archive there is the Tapo Care cloud plan — contact us about it.
What about warranty and delivery?
The device is sold by the official TP-Link partner in Azerbaijan with official warranty. Delivery in Baku is available and shipping to the regions is possible. If you need installation, see our services page.
