The Tapo C120 is a 2K QHD camera for indoors and outdoors: IP66 rated, with colour night vision and alerts split between people, pets and vehicles. It suits a yard, a front door, parking, a balcony or a shop front.
It is not for you if: you only watch inside a room — the C110 is better value; the site will have more than four cameras — a VIGI PoE system is the sounder choice.

About outdoor mounting
The camera is IP66, so rain and dust are not a problem. Even so, mounting it under an eave rather than in direct rain extends its life. The power adapter goes into a weatherproof box — we do that as standard when we install.
Storage: card, NVR or cloud?
Footage can be kept in three places: a microSD card (cheapest, but lost with the camera), an NVR (for sites with several cameras) and Tapo Care cloud (recordings stored away from the camera, with smarter alerts). Contact us for cloud plans and activation.
Setup
Setup through the Tapo app takes about ten minutes: the camera joins Wi-Fi, then you choose the recording mode and alerts. For wall mounting and choosing the right spot, our camera installation service starts at 40 ₼.
Frequently asked questions about the Tapo C120
Does it work outdoors in winter?
Yes, Baku conditions are no problem. In colder regions we recommend outdoor models with heaters.
Is night vision in colour?
Yes — with some lighting it gives a colour image, and switches to infrared in full darkness.
Do I need to run a cable?
The camera works over Wi-Fi; only a power cable is needed. If the socket is far away, we run the line during installation.
What about warranty and delivery?
The device is sold by the official TP-Link partner in Azerbaijan with official warranty. Delivery in Baku is available and shipping to the regions is possible. If you need installation, see our services page.
