TP-Link VIGI Cloud VMS is a cloud platform for managing VIGI surveillance systems. It lets you watch several sites — a retail chain, branch offices, warehouses — from a single account, without putting a separate server at each location.

The structure has three levels: organisation → site → sub-site. There is no limit on organisations, users or sites. VIGI devices have no channel limit; third-party cameras added through a VIGI NVR are supported up to 64 channels. A single site can grow to 256 channels.

Live view shows 16 channels at once in the web portal and the VIGI mobile app, and 64 channels in the PC client. Real-time map monitoring places the cameras on a floor plan, and multi-user privileges give each member of staff access only to their own site. The platform runs on AWS infrastructure.

Do I have to buy an NVR for TP-Link VIGI Cloud VMS?

Not strictly — the camera can record to a memory card. But from four cameras up, an NVR keeps the archive in one place, makes searching through recordings far easier, and preserves the footage even if a camera is damaged. On a larger site the NVR and the PoE switch are planned together.

What is PoE and why does it matter?

PoE carries both data and power over one network cable. That means no separate socket next to the camera, so the installation is cheaper and tidier. The important part is choosing a PoE switch with enough power budget (W) for the number of cameras.

Do you design the system for a site?

Yes. The number of cameras, viewing angles, cable routes and NVR capacity are decided after a site visit. The visit and the quote are free anywhere in Baku.

What about warranty and delivery?

The device is sold by the official TP-Link partner in Azerbaijan with official warranty. Delivery in Baku is available and shipping to the regions is possible. If you need installation, see our services page.
