TP-Link TL-MR3620 AC1350 Wireless Dual Band 4G LTE Router is a router with a SIM card: it creates Wi-Fi from the mobile network where there is no cable internet. People use it for a country house, a building site, a temporary office, travel, and as a backup line when the cable fails.
One thing to know: the speed depends entirely on the operator coverage at that address. Placing it near a window or high up improves the result considerably; where coverage is weak, models with an external antenna connector are preferred.
