Who is the Deco E4 for?

The Deco E4 is the most affordable way into mesh: AC1200 speed, one network across the home and no dropped connection between rooms. It suits a two-storey house or a long flat on a 50–100 Mbps plan.

It is not for you if: your plan is over 200 Mbps or more than 20 devices connect — then the Deco X50 (Wi-Fi 6).

Which ISPs does it work with in Azerbaijan?

It works with the cable and fibre lines of Citynet, Baktelecom, Delta Telecom and other local ISPs. If the provider installed an optical terminal (ONU/modem), the device connects to its LAN port; if the cable arrives directly, it goes into the WAN port and the PPPoE details are entered in the Tether app. With some providers the connection is automatic (DHCP).

If the provider's modem has its own Wi-Fi, switching it off and letting this device handle all Wi-Fi gives a better result — two parallel networks interfere with each other.

Setup

Setup runs through the Deco app: the first unit connects to the modem, the rest simply plug into a socket and join the network by themselves. For installation in Baku, our mesh setup service starts at 60 ₼.

Frequently asked questions about the Deco E4

How many units should I buy?

One per 80–100 m² or per floor. A two-storey house usually takes a two or three-pack.

Can it replace the router?

Yes — Deco works as both router and mesh unit, so no separate router is needed.

It is not Wi-Fi 6 — is that a problem?

On a plan up to 100 Mbps with a moderate number of devices you will not notice. Otherwise choose the X10 or X50.

What about warranty and delivery?

The device is sold by the official TP-Link partner in Azerbaijan with official warranty. Delivery in Baku is available and shipping to the regions is possible. If you need installation, see our services page.
