What TP-Link Pharos Control is
TP-Link Pharos Control is an outdoor unit for building a link between two points over a long distance. It is used where cable cannot be laid: between a building and a warehouse, an office and a building site, a house and a country plot.
The requirement: the two points need line of sight — trees, buildings and terrain block the signal. The units are mounted on a mast, powered over PoE and aimed at each other.

How far does it reach?
Depending on the model and conditions, from a few hundred metres to several kilometres. In practice the distance is set by antenna gain, clear line of sight and the radio noise around the site.
Is the installation difficult?
The physical work (mast, PoE, alignment) needs care, while the configuration is done through the web interface. We install projects like this too, after a site visit.
Does weather affect it?
The units are built for outdoor use. Heavy rain and snow can affect the link temporarily, which is why a margin is left in the design.
What about warranty and delivery?
